Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

YahRingtones does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. YahRingtones has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by YahRingtones of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

YahRingtones may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Any claim relating to YahRingtones's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Thumbplay Terms of Service

By clicking the button above, you acknowledge that you are the account holder for the cell phone number entered and you expressly agree to these terms as well as the Thumbplay Terms & Conditions of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy. AT&T users who sign up for Thumbplay's subscription service via Thumbplay's Web site will also be registered for a free Thumbplay Share account, including unlimited storage for all their photos and videos.

Bonus ringtones are included with any new subscription service (excluding text service subscriptions) and currently available only to Alltel, AT&T, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless* customers. A phone with an Internet-enabled and SMS-enabled (short message service) account is required. After entering your password, you will be subscribed to Thumbplay and automatically charged $9.99 each month on your cellular phone bill for 10 credits each month until such time as you cancel your subscription. Monthly credits expire at the end of each month and may not be rolled over into the following month.

Games are not currently supported for Verizon Wireless customers. If your phone does not support our ringtone, wallpaper, videos, or games subscription you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can opt to receive one of our text service subscriptions by entering the text service password sent to your handset on such confirmation page. Terms and Conditions for the text service subscription will be posted on such confirmation page.

Your 10 bonus credits for ringtones, wallpapers, videos or games will be available when you activate your account by entering your password on the next page. Your password will be sent to your phone when you click the button above. This offer is only available to first time customers of Thumbplay and can not be combined with any other offer.

Dada Terms of Service

Dada.net is certified to work with AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltel, CellularOne, Nextel, Cricket, VirginMobile and Boost users.

15 full-track MP3 transferable to any device are available for $9.99/month to AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltel, Dobson, CellularOne, Nextel users. VerizonWireless users get 15 Mp3 ringtones, Boost users pay $6.99 for 10 downloads/month, Cricket users pay $1.99/week for 3 downloads, VirginMobile pay $2.99/week for 4 downloads. Charged to the phone bill. Other charges apply.

Mobile content in the form of MP3 ringtones, wallpapers and games are included in the subscription for AT&T, VerizonWireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Cricket, CellularOne and VirginMobile users.

We will send each customer a unique PIN. When a user enters that PIN during the sign-up process (on the Dada.net website), they are agreeing to becoming a subscriber (see our Subscription Agreement). Carrier charges (WAP, GPRS, SMS, MMS-Picture Messaging) apply and charges will be billed to your cell phone.

By signing up, you must be a U.S. resident and own a mobile phone (or have consent from the owner) and, if you are not yet an adult (in most, but not all places, 18), you must have parental permission to access the Service. Dada.net allows users to block their phone number or a family member’s phone number from receiving our mobile services by texting BLOCK to 63232. Ringtones.net Terms of Service

Additional Carrier charges may apply. Text messaging capability is required for all services. Web-enabled handsets are required to download multimedia content (e.g. ringtones, wallpapers, games, etc.). By entering your cell phone number, you consent to the provision of your information to one of our service providers, chosen at our discretion, for fulfillment of the service, as well as to the receipt of a text message containing a PIN code sent to your phone number. Service provider terms and conditions, including offer details, will be posted on the PIN code submit page to which you will be directed after you have submitted your cell phone number. If your phone or carrier does not support multimedia content, including all Alltel, Nextel and Boost customers, the PIN code submit page will offer you a subscription to receive text services for a monthly fee instead of multimedia content. By entering the PIN code on the PIN submit page, you acknowledge you are subscribing to the service offered. Unless noted otherwise in the service provider terms and conditions, AT&T users are billed monthly on their mobile service bill at $19.99 per month, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Alltel, Cellular One, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile users are billed monthly on their mobile service bill at $9.99 per month and Boost Mobile users will have $6.99 per month deducted from their prepaid balance on their mobile service bill.
